What personal data we collect and why we collect it

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Contact forms

Should you get in touch with us throughout a contact form, you must be aware that we are using the Contact Form 7 plugin, which collects personal data such as your name and your e-mail address. Contact form submissions are kept for a certain period for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.


This website makes use of Google Analytics 4, integrated with WordPress throughout the MonsterInsights plug-in. Users can opt out of analytics tracking by submitting their preferences in our cookie form.

How we protect your data

We will never ask, nor collect sensitive data from our visitors. We strictly use general data to understand how we can improve users’ experience on the website. We protect users’ data by never disclosing this information to anyone outside of our organisation, excluding all the third-party services mentioned above.
