Founded by…
Ambra Reijnen (1993), based between Barcelona and The Netherlands. She holds a Research Master’s degree in “International Studies of Media, Power and Difference”. Human rights, especially women’s rights, Indigenous people’s rights and migrant’s rights, are her main point of focus.
In 2017, Ambra attended a M.A. of Theory and Practice of Creative Documentary. She then codirected “Galatée à L’infini” (2017) a short found-footage documentary which won multiple awards (of which “Golden Mikeldi Documentary Award”, “Grand Award of Spanish Cinema” – ZINEBI Film Festival 2017, Best Film “Latücht Award” – European Film Festival Dokumentart 2018) and made it to important film festivals (Hot Docs; DocumentaMadrid; International Film Festival of Cartagena de Indias; a. o.) and prestigious screening venues (Union Docs, Center for Documentary Art New York; National Arts Museum Reina Sofia, Madrid; Tabakalera, International Center for Contemporary Culture, Donostia/San Sebastian; a.o.). In 2017, Promono Multisensory Productions was founded, with which Ambra, also produces her own projects, such as her first feature-length documentary “Junax, thread by thread” (2020), which a.o. screened as the opening film at the International Film Festival DOQUMENTA Queretaro 2021, Mexico. As a film editor, her work has been shown in Loop Barcelona festival 2019. In 2021, she attended the EURODOC program (local group) with her upcoming feature film “Con il mare alle spalle”.
